Weekly email digests covering your selected county, nearby counties, and statewide signals. Signals sourced from the Federal Register, USAspending.gov, SAM.gov, and other public federal databases. Plain-English summaries with source links to original government records.
GroundWatch is an informational monitoring tool. It is not legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for professional consultation. Signals are summaries of public federal records and may not capture every relevant action. We do our best, but we do not guarantee completeness.
Signal summaries are generated using artificial intelligence to translate federal language into plain English. While we work to ensure accuracy, AI-generated text may occasionally mischaracterize or oversimplify source material. Every signal includes a link to the original source so you can verify for yourself.
GroundWatch is $3.99 per month. You will be billed monthly through Stripe. You will be notified before any charges begin. You may cancel at any time.
You are responsible for providing accurate information at signup. One email address per subscription. You may change your monitored county by contacting us.
You may cancel at any time by replying to any digest email with the word unsubscribe or by contacting us directly. If you cancel a paid subscription, you will retain access through the end of your current billing period.
The underlying federal data is public domain. Our summaries, formatting, classification system, and delivery platform are the property of G Enterprises LLC. You may share individual signals but may not reproduce the service in whole.
GroundWatch is provided as-is. G Enterprises LLC is not liable for decisions made based on information in our digests. Always verify with original sources and consult professionals when making significant decisions about your property, business, or community.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers before they take effect.
